[senco-forum] targets for annual review

The Head is currently doing my annual review - 
part of UPS progression - 
targets for learning are easy enough - raise writing levels etc - 
and for SEN is easy - find out about Asperger's and write a guide for staff. 
It's the 'professional development' one I am stuck on - ast year it was learn about CBT but this year - what could i do for teh department or the whole school - 
what do you do ?
