Hi Jeff According to the very nice technical man at GL, "unfortunately, the screener is incompatible with Windows XP." It was suggested I try installing the screener on a Windows 2000 machine, however we haven't had one of those for a v long time. I asked when it would be upgraded but they did not know as yet.
