[senco-forum] Year SNIP Behaviour Audit was written?

I'm doing a case study on a child with BESD.

I'm at the stage of writing the references/bibliography. (I know it's the
Christmas hols.)

Does anyone know the year the SNIP Behaviour Audit was written?

I Googled and found a post from C. Smart dated 2005, but I don't know if
that is when she wrote the audit.

It was based on a 2001 QCA document.
