[senco-forum] Here we go again...

Also check whether the SENCO has an SEN file, I think most do and I would certainly make sure that any letters from parents went into it.

I think they have to let you read the file, on school premises - and you
have to give notice as the school can remove some items, (not sure what).
The school has rights as well.
