[senco-forum] ict training for TAs

My TAs are petrified of using ICT - most of them. We have given them Inset in using clicker, widgits communication with print, and use of interactive whiteboards, word shark, numbershark etc but really they are scared to put the machine on.....................I have been told to give them inset but I think they need 1:1 tuition on along term basis to raise their confidence and individual progress. any advise?
