I was commenting on the likelihood that a) many parents would contact 
Secretary of State b) that it is a simple process c) that there is any such 
thing as a simple solution.

I absolutely endorse the point that some headteachers will resort to illegal 
practices to get rid of troublesome priests, er, kids.

But there are some (many?) that do succeed. To presume that this will be 
swept away by parents contacting the DfES is niaive at best.

Challenging behaviour is an issue that is damaging schools as institutions, 
teachers and other pupils. At what point do the needs and rights of the 
individual override the needs of the many? Why should staff be endangered 
and other kids be in fear of a few?

Simple?
