[senco-forum] SEN update from DFES

If you look at the link the last 3 letters/digits have not been highlighted
as part of the link and are still in black (m=9).

Cut all and paste to your browser window ( I use Google) and then it will
work.  I have tried to amend it 3 times now but something at Becta keeps
chopping of those last 3 necessary bits!
