Article: [senco-forum] HELP! Ofsted visit

How do you deploy your TAs?
How do you know what impact they have?
Do you know which are the strong/effective TAs?
How do you decide on training priorities for the TAs?

Richard

Don't be too phased by the list. You have only recently taken up the post so your SLT should be supporting you and making it clear that it is early days for you.
