Has your school started using SEF? If so, you should be able to get 
some useful information from the one for your department. It should 
answer a lot of questions about where to find the evidence.

How do you deploy your TAs?
How do you know what impact they have?
Do you know which are the strong/effective TAs?
How do you decide on training priorities for the TAs?

Don't be too phased by the list.  You have only recently taken up the 
post so your SLT should be supporting you and making it clear that it 
is early days for you.

Do your intervention programmes support pupil progress and provide 
value for money?
§	How do you know?
§	What evidence do you have?

Hi Everyone,
   
  Can someone please help a desperate SENCo?
   
  I've only recently beeen apointed SENCo and we've just found out 
today Ofsted are visiting on Thursday & Friday,(great timing!).  I've 
never been in a school that's had the inspectors in before, can anyone 
PLEASE, PLEASE give me some advice on what to expect.  What sort of 
questions will they be asking me?  Is their anything I need to focus 
and concentrate on?  I would really apreciated any help, advice or 
anything else you may think I would find very useful.
