I do appreciate what you're saying and that the children in your  school are 
in a very fortunate position...and as you say, not all schools or LAs  are the 
same.

Those with the type of difficulties you speak of due to home issues do not  
fall into the categories I was talking about but would come under the E for  
Emotional classidication of  EBD. I have also woked with some of these  poor 
children.
