[senco-forum] reading Year 7

We want to set up a reading buddy system for Year 7 students using Year 10 students to support the reading and development of these skills.  The idea of a Reading Passport has been suggested.  Is there anyone who has such a system set up and would be willing to share their ideas or how they have organised such a system?  Our counsellor already has a team of Yr 10 volunteers available.
