[senco-forum] email problem

Had the same problem a while ago.....Go to tools on your menu... then 
accounts , then properties then servers... your incoming address should be 
the same as your outgoing address... change if necessary -- THIS is what 
the help desk told me to do .... you should be able to access the help on 
line by clicking help --- good luck !!!
