Article: [senco-forum] BETT / Special needs Fringe at the Hilton

Love your vision of the Fringe exhibitors.
Not very sure of your description/ interests,, so offer an overview of the
reality.

This page lists the exhibitors at the fringe.

This is what they say about themselves.

The Special Needs Fringe focuses on computers and special needs, a field
increasingly called "Assistive Technology". Running next door to the
gigantic BETT show, it offers a more intimate and specialist atmosphere and
(particularly important) free refreshments and somewhere to sit and chat
with colleagues.

NOT people who can't afford Olympia- people who pay for their own venue as
the BETT show is so large and crowded. Used to be the core exhibitors in
the BETT Special Needs village- which is now a the Special Needs Area
(according to the BETT more inclusion orientated). Crick, for example,
goes to both venues.

The web-sites for both venues give lists of who is where.

Were I fortunate enough to be going to Bett this time, I'd go to both.

Elizabeth
