Hi Claire As I understand it, numbers of pupils with Statements and at School Action Plus are listed as a separate category in what used to be called the PANDA and is going to be called Raiseonline when it is finally available. Similarly, pupils at School Action are a separate category. My LA issued a document which identified the 'Vulnerable Groups' and listed their 'progress' in National Curriculum tests between Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 last year. These vulnerable groups included pupils with SEN, those who had been excluded, travellers and so on. Also, there were categories in the PANDA for KS 2 to 4 and KS3 to 4 progress for pupils with SEN and for those without as well as for boys and girls. So - last year I looked at the value added scores for groups of pupils with identified SEN as well as for individuals in my analysis of progress. Does anybody know the relationship between numbers of School Action pupils and value added scores, if any? see my last with similar name.... Claire Amanda Secondary SENCO Cornwall |
