My top ten would include:

Disability Discrimination Act- especially the inclusion of SpLD (dyslexia)

Not so much names but the negative connotations of being in that
bottom/backward class with the whole emphasis on poor academic achievement
and nothing positive being presented about any of the students achievements
in any other fields (1974).
