[senco-forum] gifted and able Plasc- help again please

Sorry - should have added that we went for about 10% in each subject and we had to specify what we were doing for these pupils to develop their skills.  I think the 'message from on high' is that you must identify the top 10% and you must do something extra to 'stretch' them.
