[senco-forum] FW: children questionnaire

I have and use a very straightforward but specific questionnaire with
primary children (mainly) to find out what they have just understood the
teacher has told them about a topic/subject etc. It is very revealing and
can really help colleagues to appreciate the child's point of view as well
as open up issues of listening and concentrating skills with young learners.

Can you help?

With my heavy teaching commitment,(every morning) ppa cover (two
afternoons) observing, meetings, SENCo surgery,  monitoring, IQM
evidence, updating and rewriting SEN/inclusion policy .............

I am now expected to devise a questionnaire to collect childrens views
about their learning. Where do I find the time? I asked my self. Then I
remembered

There is a bunch of helpful people who understands the role of the SENCO
who will be willing to help.
If there are any primary colleagues or any one who has a proforma that
they will be willing to share. I will be ever so grateful.
