Martin - will you please come and tell my Local Authority that.  Ideally,
convey a mood of dark foreboding.  Tell them something about their misuse of
the English language having angered the ancient gods, who will wreak
terrible vengeance.  Plagues of paper clips, floods of memos, some sort of
pestilence spread through email and the intranet, that sort of thing.

I thought the acronym for EPs was a tad unfair, and it's very gentlemanly of
you Martin, not to have responded in kind.  (Personally, I couldn't have
resisted.)
