[senco-forum] Light bulbs (off topic)

I've become an energy saving lightbulb in recent years -- I hope I'm saving  
the planet. I have a lady from the Council in to give my abode a 'doo' a few  
times a week. Years ago she 'just came'. Now there is  huge file of  protocols 
and job schedules, targets, case history's, and weekly progress sheets  to 
sign. The paperwork takes longer than the hoovering and mopping! Don't start  me 
off on how long it would take a Social Worker -- or a Statementing Officer to 
 change a light bulb -- it would have to be an attachment  Brendan  King
