Hi can anyone give me some helpful adive about assessments?

  Being a recently appointed SENCO I was wondering what assessments a school
should have in place asess, monitor and evaluate pupil progress and what
specific procedures do they use for pupils with SEN?

  Can anybody give me some input on this?  ANy advice would be gratefully
appreciated.
