Being mathematically incompetent I made a table with the info supplied:

TA support per school: -

AGE	forms(on entry)	pupil numbers	TA’s   /hours	SEN on register

11-16		6		840 + 6th form.	3  / 66

  ?		4		540			13  /  300

 Comp.      9		1430			17  /  510

11-16		7					6  /  ?		18-20%

Primary			          		20 / 350



I was hoping to pro-rata  number of SEN to TA hours, but not enough info as
yet.
