[senco-forum] School Action IEPs[Scanned]

I am stopping IEPs for school action students from September and replacing them with pupil passports. These will be A4 sheets which can be linked to our computer network and will include four main sections; strengths; areas of difficulty; focus for intervention; assessment. The focus for intervention section will be updated termly and will include details of work we are doing with students and support provision. These will be sent home to parents. I have just written to parents to explain all this so am awaiting responses! I wish I could say this was my idea but I've pinched it from a local school which has been using the system to great success for over a year. 
I should have said that I'm at a secondary school.
