[senco-forum] care plans

Anyone got a care plan proforma they are willing to share.

I'm just in the process of this too. If you follow the link below, you can 
download necessary stuff which includes proformas to use in school. If you 
have a school nurse, you might want to check out what care plans they use / 
recommend too.
I would just add that I tried the link for school policy guide re. asthma 
and it didn't work!
