All you need is a word processor which "speaks" whatever you enter as soon  
as the space bar is pressed. It should also speak the whole sentence after a  
full stop in entered. Clicker is one such piece of software as are Textease  
and WriteOutLoud. There are others. You will need to follow the software  
instructions to set up the speech facility. Clicker is fairly straightforward. I  
think you have to go into options and then "Speech" to put a tick in the "speak  
words" and "speak sentences" boxes. If you click on the grid icon on the 
right  of the top toolbar you can make the whole screen the wordprocessor.

Once you have set up the speech use it in the way explained in our  
Acceleread manual.

Does anyone know of software which will offer this type of speech facility  
which can be downloaded for free?
