[senco-forum] A call for thoughts

Dear all

  I am editing a book on dyslexia, for dyslexics and most importantly by dyslxics. I am writing this email as a call for thoughts. I am a post-graduate student who was diagnosed dyslexic ten years ago. I have been interested in dyslexia, diagnosis, teaching and prescriptive learning for some time now. 

  The pocket sized book will consist of numbered thoughts, ideas and conceptions of dyslexia, written by a number of dyslexics. I am compiling this text in order to show the diverse nature of dyslexia. Including myself, there is a team of 10 editors who will index the submissions not as a prescriptive guide but to help the reader look at other thoughts that might be relative. If anyone reading this is either dyslexic or knows persons who might be interested in contributing I would be happy to receive suggestions, thoughts, etc. The first chapter will essentially be a list of thoughts on dyslexia titled 'Dyslexia is.... / Dyslexia is not....' I look forward to receiving your suggestions.
