[senco-forum] Computer Aided Learning

Hello Barbara
We use Nessy extensively. We like it because it also feeds creation of
lots of multi sensory resources to go with it. The students all seem to
enjoy it too (at least, it's very easy to get them to do the activities,
never any complaint). Is it effective? Yes, as part of a package of
activities and when delivered with enthusiasm!

Hi There,

I am a Senco in a primary school and I would like to introduce a new
computer aided learning programme in school I have looked at Lexia and
the Nessy Learning Programme.
I would be interested to hear from other poeople who have used these
software programmes and their thoughts about them.
At present, I am drawn towards the |Nessy programme as it seems to be
less expensive and easier to follow.

I would be grateful for any feed back about these programmes and which
one would be the best to install.
