Hi, I have suffered from Iritis on and off for over 20 years and one of the side effects is PVD - posterior vitreous detachment - causing large floaters in both eyes. This supposed to occur naturally from the age of 65 onwards but I'm nowhere near that yet. You DO get used to them eventually but then just as I find I can ignore one lot along comes another! Tim Kitchen PS Just wondering why, if Iritis is VERY VERY uncommon (quote doctor) and nothing to do with computers, how come two other people working in this ICT department have it as well? -----Original Message----- From: senco-forum-bounces at lists.becta.org.uk [mailto:senco-forum-bounces at lists.becta.org.uk] On Behalf Of annie williams Sent: 29 May 2007 11:19 To: senco-forum at lists.becta.org.uk Subject: [senco-forum] floater in eye quite suddenly I have got one which is really irritating me when I use the computer. I understand they are common woth people my age - ( just got my freedom pass) and my brain will learn to ignore them . Has anyone else had this experience or is there any advice? annie |
