[senco-forum] The problem with TAs

Sounds like a job for the EP. I have worked with a number of TAs addressing  
issues such as these. I have knowledge of the school, but am objective (I  
hope) and help to problem solve. I am also seen as being independent of the  
school. Not 100% successful, but at least it opens things up for further problem  
solving.

My colleagues adopt a similar role under their eclectic, professional  
umbrella.
