FW: [senco-forum] Cover supervision

We employ them for that role alone.  Has been extremely successful, despite
many initial concerns from teaching staff.
We have one person who does the organizing as well as cover, and an
additional person who does cover only.  Both are well respected by staff and
pupils, so I guess recruitment process is crucial.  A third person is
hopefully being employed next year. It has been an amazing success.

I am interested to know how other people usecover supervisors. Do you
