After a difficult and somewhat tearful IEP review today I realised how invaluable my box of tissues is. I've always bought tissues for my room and always make sure I have a spare on hand. Sooo useful (do others have tearful parents/pupils/TAs in reviews or is it just my excellent 'bedside manner that reduces them to tears?). I would put in order: 1) tissue box - for tearful reviews/TAs 2) paper recycling bin - as alternative main filing cabinet 3) stapler - to keep all the thousands of bits of paper together 4) staples that fit the stapler - to go in 4 above, (why does every stapler take a differnet size staple?) 5) post it notes - as wallpaper (of all the jobs I need to do) So in a top ten list, what is the most useful/indispensible thing in your room? richard |
