[senco-forum] Performance Management of TAs

What I do have is a proforma for subjest teachers to complete about support in their class (we are a secondary school).  The positive is that TAs love to see all the positive comments made about them.

Having spent hours discussing the new performance management policy for
teaching staff I would now like to improve the process for TAs. We have a
questionnaire which thay fill in and bring to the meeting.We discuss future
objectives and training needs. Does anyone have a proforma for observing a
TA working in a classroom for example? Thanks
