[senco-forum] Performance Management of TAs

the proforma to be sent to staff so that instead of me asking the questions
about them they are asking them about themselves....see my logic here?

What I do have is a proforma for subjest teachers to complete about support
in their class (we are a secondary school). The positive is that TAs love
to see all the positive comments made about them.

Having spent hours discussing the new performance management policy for
teaching staff I would now like to improve the process for TAs. We have a
questionnaire which thay fill in and bring to the meeting.We discuss future
objectives and training needs. Does anyone have a proforma for observing a
TA working in a classroom for example? Thanks
