[senco-forum] Development plan... help!

Hi,

I could do with a little help. ok, I lot of help!

The head (New in post since last Sept') has asked me to address the following in my dept' planning:

Raising Achievement

Improving teaching and learning, target setting and reporting

Improving assessment and the use of new technologies.

This seems to be a development plan???

Is there any kind hearted SENCo out there willing to share a development plan?

I have been in post for around five months now as SENCo, so any 'first step plans' would be really helpful or any plans at all!
