[senco-forum] Can anybody help?

Can anybody help? Parents have asked me these questions and I think I know 
the answers but I want a source.

I'm trying to track down any guidance on what a child/young person is 
entitled to at School Action and School Action Plus
and
How much time a school allocates from its own resources for a child/young 
person with a statement?

I seem to recall something about 2 hours and 5 hours LSA time but I need to 
know a definitive source.

Is it different in each authority?
