From: Kate Barnes <kate.senrab at btinternet.com> > One of our TAs has just started on this course and is > finding it very hardgoing. Does anyone know of any > websites or other info. Or has anyone done it and would be > willing to help? Two of my colleagues wrote some of the units. It is still a _very_ new course. It's only recently finished being a pilot. So there isn't really a great deal of resources available on line. All of the materials are on Teacher net free of charge. I am due to start the course after Easter. It looks great. >From what I understand it is intended that much of the support comes from peers on the course. The chap I spoke to from Capita said that it is important to be in a position to influence the management of Behaviour and Attendance within the school, ie to try things out. Is your colleague able to do this? -- Mark Norwood www.avssc.org "The e-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail" (Stephen Fry) ======================================================================== This email has been sent from the Bucks LEA.
