[senco-forum] Sencos say on learning platforms

  Don't think this is being discussed and presented as a fait acompli as I am on the SMT so I know what is being disussed.  As I said, my understanding is that we are being told what to do be agencies outside of school.

I wonder whether these issues are, in many cases, being discussed at 
management level and then being presented as a "fait accompli" to the rest of the 
staff.
