[senco-forum] Assess, monitor and evaluate progress

Hi all!

  Can anyone give me any information on assessments for SEN children?

  Are their any assessments that are easy to read and understand the results that also adhere to all the legal requirements for proof of progression?  

  I'd been really happy for any information that anyone could give me!

  Or any info on assessment that work for you school.  I work in a Primary setting so the assessments age would be reception-Y6.
