You might investigate, via a nutritionist, the use of a supplement called
DMAE - I got onto this by reading Optimum Nutrition by Patrick Holford and
Debbie Colson.
It may need to be a in child friendly strength/form.  A psychologist friend
here has just put her ADD teenage son on it and she says it helps him.
