I am a SENCO in a large secondary school with about 20 statements, 500
on the SEN register.  I manage 15 Teaching Assistants and 3 teachers. I
also teach drama for 14 lessons a week.  I have 2 hours clerical support
and am completely snowed under.  I am keen to know what kinds of levels
of admin support others get.  Who out there has a full-time admin
assistant?  Who else would like one?
