[senco-forum] auditory processing

Some case histories and assessments have shown that listening skills are
lacking in some children - particularly those with a history of ear
infections.  Graeme and Aly's postings led me to contact Dilys Treharne at
Sheffield University and The Listening Program.  As a result we invited Alan
Heath of Learning Solutions over to Dubai to carry out provider training.

Alan led a three day training program and also gave presentations to
teachers and to parents.  We aim to carry out some pre and post testing of
The Listening Program once we are fully up and running with it.
