Hi Annie
  Had Ofsted last week which has resulted in a  'good with many outstanding features' report.
  This is what I did.
  Asked for advice from the Forum on what to do over the weekend.  I did act on some of it.
  Then I
  - made sure every teacher and TA had a reminder of what information and advice on general teaching etc I had given them during this year
  - updated the SEN Record of Need and re-issued it
  - updated all Action Plus and Statement IEPs and re-issued them
  - made sure my Action Plus and Statement pupil files were ready to be shown to an Inspector (but no-one asked)
  - phoned parents of pupils with SEN telling them to expect a letter about the inspection and getting them to return the questionnaire 
  - typed a list of what I do to give to the Inspector when I was interviewed
  - read the pre Inspection document that the school was sent and made sure I knew my response to what they said they wanted to look closely at

  I saw an Inspector for 30 minutes with the Assistant Head who is my line manager.  I was asked several questions in passing as well.
  I think I underestimated the extent to which you have to 'sell' your school.
