Keith Holland and Alan Heath advise against using headphones that go

your ears - damages your hearing.  I have a list of recommended
headphones
from Alan (he trains people on The Listening Program) and the sound
quality
in the ones we bought are EXCELLENT.  Would you like me to look up the
