Welcome to the forum. I hope you find it as useful a resource as I do. Everyone appears to be celebrating the Bank Holiday weekend here and the forum is very quiet - however - I expect you to be inundated with replies once they are all back working next Tuesday. However - if you want to start looking at something straight away try http://www.sunderland.gov.uk/public/editable/themes/education/looked-after-c hildren/documents/pepb.pdf where they have an exemplar in pdf. And let me warn you that there a days when a lot of emails arrive - use the delete button - we have had some recent joiners who found the volume of emails not to their liking - you can always find anything you have missed in the archives - where they keep a copy of everything sent to forum members - even the jokes! Rest assured - you have the best advisory group here - who will be sure to give you some excellent advice - and they are a smashing supportive lot. My first request is to ask if anyone has an e.g. of a Yr 6- Yr 7 transfer form, which I can adapt to suit the conditions here, where statementing is not an option. Thank you in advance to anyone who might share a form with me. Léonie |
