Hello everyone
  I feel that 'normal service' has returned.  I offer an information sheet about organisation and 16 people ask for it.  No-one has an argument about whether advice on organisation is appropriate and tells me I should be looking for some underlying cause for the lack of organisation which happens to be their pet 'disability'.  The forum seems to have returned to that civilised state where friends can offer advice and even disagree without turning discussion into argument.  Bliss!
