This used to be a major problem when computer screens had very low refresh cycle rates ie 2-3 per sec but the faster refresh rates available now mean that this is no longer a major problem. The kind of screens used on laptops (LCD) should present no problem. There is a lot of info about this and I'm sure the Epilepsy association will respond very professionally.

Secondary school pupils durinig growth spurts sometimes find that their prescriptions are no longer adequate and have to have the dose increased. This of course is something only their GP can do.
