This head is taking the p***!

Go straight to your union for advice.

The head can not ask you to do the job without paying you
for it. 

Under the new workload agreement and TLRs, Heads can't even
force primary teachers to be subject coordinators without
extra payment. The problem is that most primary heads and
teachers aren't aware of this!

Be assertive, stick up for yourself and good luck  :o)

Thought:
A higher percentage of eggs sold are from free range hens 
than the percentage of Tea bags sold are Fairtrade.
Conclusion: We live in a century where people are more
concerned
