Article: [senco-forum] access arrangements - Rules for readers

My understanding for KS2 at least (may be different for KS3) is that  
children MUST ask and adults should not read unless child requests  
it.  Also if the whole paper is likely to be read to a child then  
there must be a 1-1, readers for this cannot be shared.  The  
guidelines in the book are quite clear on this.  Also no tapes!
