Buy eye patches from chemist for later.

Treasure Map - Draw /download an island.
Give clues and let them guess where the treasure is buried.

Treasure hunt - around the garden with clues
(pictures or from adults if they are young)

Put the patch on the pirate (instead of tail on the donkey) The old ones are
the best.  I had a white board - drew round a party goer and added some
detail.  Have a patch and a bit of blue tak (less injuries than a pin!).

One legged races (hopping)  Could try this with a patch, but they are likely
to fall over!  Likewise throwing games are suitably hampered and leads to
much mirth.

Memory game - name the treasure in the chest.

Musical hats - get a selection (some girly) keep the last hat as the pirate
hat - pirate wins.

Cake - rectangle with blue icing for sea, brown sugar for beach, a marzipan
shark with dolls legs sticking out of its mouth ( add ketchup)
