For one of my MA module I looked at fonts that students preferred,giving them a choice of six fonts the majority went for Arial with surprisingly Times New Roman in second place and comic sans next favourite. Reading was also more fluent with the Arial than with any other font . 

I personally like Arial over Comic Sans.
