Fortunately one of our governors is a very highly paid IT
security consultant who assured us that the propaganda form
the manufacturer and the LA was totally inaccurate and that
these systems could indeed enable other agencies to obtain
the data even years later and even if the data is deleted.

We as a governing body had the data professionally removed
and destroyed and the equipment decommissioned.
